Ron Caterino has over 43 years’ experience in Operations including Procurement Management, Contract Management, Global Sourcing, Process Improvements, Product Lifecycle Initiatives, Inventory reduction programs, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. In addition, Ron has over 15 years’ experience in Project Management, including roles in Converses’ Global ERP Implementation Program (Fifteen countries, eighteen entities, five different ERP systems, single launch) and Nike’s Legal Global Vendor Management (ABAC) Software Implementation. Ron has worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as Start-Up endeavors. In every instance, Ron has operated with the mindset of a “Consultant” to breakdown processes, identify best practices and create programs that deliver desired results.
